My stay at Hilton Downey, CA was fantastic! The rooms were spacious with a big TV and felt uncluttered, truly beautiful. The service was top-notch, very friendly and courteous, ensuring a pleasant experience. The location is second to none, convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was delightful with a good selection, making breakfast a true highlight.
The hotel had some positives like free premium speed Wi-Fi, but there were also some drawbacks like finding hairs on the bed sheets and spiders in the room. The room was somewhat dark and dreary, and the check-in process was not smooth.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfy and faced a beautiful courtyard. The service was fantastic, although they did ask some families to leave during my stay. The location was convenient for my meetings and had plenty of nearby restaurants. The dining was enjoyable, and the facilities were well-kept.
